DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — The right lane of Interstate 85 South is closed following a crash on Friday afternoon, according to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
The crash occurred at Mile Marker 102, near Exit 102 for Lake Road.
