Mt Tabor High School in Winston-Salem on lockdown

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) -- Mt Tabor High School is on lockdown.

There is a large police presence at the school.

The Winston-Salem police tweeted a message to parents on Wednesday advising them not to respond to the school and to go to the nearby Harris Teeter parking lot.

Parents, do not respond to Mt. Tabor High School. We will post pick up locations as soon as possible.
