Police in standoff with wanted suspect in Burlington

BURLINGTON, N.C. (WGHP) — The Alamance County Swat Team is locked in a standoff with a suspect Monday morning in Burlington, according to the Alamance County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies are on scene on Lakeside Avenue in Burlington.

The sheriff's office said the suspect is wanted but did not elaborate on the charges.
